We make every effort to ensure that property descriptions, photographs, amenities, and availability information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be error-free, complete, or current.
 

Guest Responsibilities
 

Guests are responsible for:

• Following all house rules provided before or during their stay

• Respecting neighbors and local regulations

• Maintaining the property in reasonable condition

• Reporting any damages or issues promptly
   

Guests may be held responsible for damages caused during their stay.
 

Check-In and Check-Out
 

Check-in and check-out procedures will be communicated prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for adhering to designated arrival and departure times unless otherwise approved.
 

Liability Disclaimer
 

Iris & Palm is not liable for:

• Personal injury

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Interruptions caused by weather, utility outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
   

Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party during their stay.
 

Booking Requests
 

Submitting a booking request through the Iris & Palm website does not guarantee a reservation.
 

Guests may submit a request for their desired stay dates through our booking inquiry form. All requests are subject to availability and review by our team.
 

Once a request is received, our team will review the requested dates and respond within 24 hours with:
 

• Availability confirmation

• Applicable rental rates

• Any applicable fees or taxes

• A secure payment link to complete the reservation
   

Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and processed.
 

Upon receipt of payment, guests will receive:
 

• A booking confirmation

• A Short-Term Stay Agreement for review and signature

• Check-in information and additional stay details
   

Iris & Palm reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.
 

Payment Terms
 

Full payment is required to secure and confirm a reservation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
 

Rates, fees, and taxes are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed through payment.
 

Cancellation Policy
 

All reservations made with Iris & Palm are subject to a strict cancellation policy.

Once a reservation has been confirmed and payment has been received, all payments are non-refundable.
 

No refunds will be issued for:
 

• Guest cancellations

• Changes in travel plans

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Weather conditions

• Illness or medical emergencies

• Early departures

• Failure to utilize reserved dates
   

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may impact their travel plans.
 

In the rare event that Iris & Palm must cancel a reservation due to circumstances that make the property unavailable, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
 

By submitting a booking request and completing payment, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
